The Department of Business and Finance, Vocational College, Diponegoro University, Program of Management and Logistics Administration, has held a webinar with the theme “Optimizing Service Management in Logistics: Strategies for Enhancing Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction,” presented by Prof. Dr. Nor Asiah Omar from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). The event was held on November 6, 2024, from 07:30 to 12:00 WIB and moderated by Mrs. Stacia Reviany Mege, S.E., MSM, a lecturer from the Program of Management and Logistics Administration, Vocational College.

The presentation on *Optimizing Service Management in Logistics: Strategies for Enhancing Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction* by Prof. Dr. Nor Asiah Omar focused on how logistics companies can achieve customer satisfaction through several methods, such as investing in development and training of Human Resources (HR), as well as leveraging technologies like IoT, Blockchain, and Predictive Analysis.
