Prof. Dr. Sugeng Wahyudi, M.M., is a full professor in the Management Department at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, specializing in financial management. He has made significant contributions to research, with at least 62 SCOPUS-indexed publications, helping advance Undip’s reputation as a research-intensive university.
His current research interests include corporate governance, financial strategy, moral and ethical aspects of management, sustainable development, MSME performance, and fraud prevention in governance. In addition to his academic duties, Prof. Wahyudi served as a member of the University’s Board of Trustees (Majelis Wali Amanat) representing faculty, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to institutional development
