A positive initiative is underway as a group of vocational students majoring in Management and Logistics Administration engage in Community Service (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) in the heart of Sukoharjo. Collaborating with local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly those specializing in the production of “Jenang Krasikan,” they aim to optimize business potential and enhance competitiveness.

These students have involved themselves in a series of strategic steps to support the “Jenang Krasikan” MSMEs:

  1. Supply Chain and Logistics Analysis: Conducting a comprehensive evaluation of supply and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
  2. Production Management System Development: Designing an efficient production system to optimize product quality and increase productivity.
  3. Digital Marketing: Utilizing logistics administration skills to expand market reach through digital marketing, including social media and online platforms.
  4. Entrepreneurship Training: Organizing entrepreneurship training for MSME managers, covering financial management, marketing, and business development strategies.
  5. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Establishing partnerships with local government and relevant institutions to provide broader support to MSMEs.

It is hoped that these initiatives will not only benefit the “Jenang Krasikan” MSMEs but also provide valuable experience for the students in applying their theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. This collaboration is expected to serve as a model for efforts to support MSMEs and local economic development in various regions.
