The Vocational School of Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), the D4 Logistics Business Program of Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), and the Logistics Study Programs of ITL Trisakti have initiated the formation of a Logistics Academic Consortium as an early effort to strengthen academic synergy, research collaboration, and publication performance in logistics and supply chain management.

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to enhance research capacity, improve international publication output, and expand academic networks among institutions with strong expertise in logistics. Through this consortium, the participating institutions aim to explore opportunities for joint research, academic development, collaborative publications, and various scholarly activities that advance the field of logistics in Indonesia.

Initial meetings have been conducted in Jatinangor, Jakarta, and Semarang, serving as platforms to align research priorities, identify long-term collaborative opportunities, and establish shared strategies for enhancing academic impact in the logistics discipline.

The initiation of this Logistics Academic Consortium is expected to lay a strong foundation for sustainable research networking, improved publication quality, and greater academic contributions to strategic national and global logistics issues.
