
Dr. Ida Hayu Dwi Mawanti, M.M
Dr. Ida Hayu Dwi Mawanti, M.M., is a senior lecturer in the Public Administration Department at Diponegoro University (UNDIP). She holds a Master of Management (M.M.) degree and completed her Doctorate at Universitas Indonesia.
Dr. Mawanti currently serves as Vice Dean I at UNDIP’s Vocational School, overseeing academic quality assurance. She has led initiatives to enhance vocational education quality and foster collaborations with other institutions, such as Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Her research interests include public service quality, e-government, and human resource development. Notably, she has published studies on improving public service quality and the development of IT-based human resources at UNDIP.
