
Prof. Jati Utomo Dwi Hatmoko, S.T., M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Prof. Jati Utomo Dwi Hatmoko, S.T., M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D. is the Chair of the Civil Engineering Department at Diponegoro University since 2021 . He holds multiple degrees in engineering and management (S.T., M.M., M.Sc.) and earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. A full professor since September 2023, his expertise spans digital transformation in construction risk management, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and sustainable infrastructure.
Prof. Jati leads international accreditation efforts (IABEE under the Washington Accord) and implements Outcome-Based Education and an English-taught International Undergraduate Program. His research covers BIM adoption readiness, lifecycle energy and emissions in construction, green infrastructure, and lean construction methodologies. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Engineering, Construction and Management of Sustainable Infrastructure journal and contributes to the Research Center for Innovative Ground Improvement
