Dr. Nurul Imani Kurniawati, SE., MM

Dr. Nurul Imani Kurniawati, S.E., M.M. is a senior lecturer at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University, Indonesia. She holds a Doctorate in Management and both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics and Management from Diponegoro University.

With a strong academic and practical background, Dr. Nurul teaches a wide range of subjects, including Business Logistics, Inventory Management, Human Resource Management, Risk Management, E‑Marketing, and Import–Export. Her teaching emphasizes applied skills and real-world relevance, preparing students for careers in logistics and business operations.

Her research focuses on supply chain resilience, digital marketing strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and employee engagement. She has published work on organizational performance, food supply chain models, and digital transformation for local businesses. Beyond academia, Dr. Nurul is also actively involved in community outreach programs—offering training for SMEs on financial literacy, digital branding, and village-based tourism innovation.

Her work reflects a commitment to bridging academic insight with vocational impact, especially in supporting sustainable economic development through education and research.
