Riandhita Eri Werdani, S.M.B., M.S.M.

Riandhita Eri Werdani, S.M.B., M.S.M. is a lecturer at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University, where she specializes in logistics and marketing management. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Telkom University and her Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

At the university, she teaches a wide range of applied courses including Business Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Marketing Management, Information Systems Practicum, e-Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Her teaching reflects a strong commitment to equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills aligned with industry demands.

Riandhita’s research focuses on logistics and supply chain optimization, digital transformation in SMEs, and sustainable business strategies. She has led various vocational research projects aimed at improving food supply chain resilience, fostering innovation in logistics partnerships, and promoting digital marketing practices to enhance the competitiveness of small businesses—especially in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In addition to her academic and research roles, she actively engages in community development and vocational outreach. Her initiatives include training local entrepreneurs in digital marketing, supporting waste-reduction innovations through repurposing marine assets, and empowering youth in digital village tourism development.

Her recent publications include books and applied research outputs on SME marketing strategies, digitalization in the post-pandemic era, and strengthening supply chain partnerships for sustainability. Riandhita is also certified through Training of Trainers (ToT) programs, reflecting her dedication to continuous improvement in teaching and professional development.
