Dr. Drs. Mashudi, S.E., M.M., is an Associate Professor in the Applied Bachelor Program of Management and Administration Logistics at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (S.E.), a Master’s in Management (M.M.), and completed his Doctorate at Diponegoro University.
He leads vocational-focused research and training initiatives, including studies on cross-sectoral collaboration for logistics efficiency in Pemalang (2019), participatory rural appraisal for poverty reduction (2018–2019), and disaster victim logistics management in East Java. In addition, he co-authored a logistics control system guide for SMEs.
Dr. Mashudi has authored and co-authored publications in national journals and conference proceedings, such as a 2020 study on the impact of knowledge management and organizational learning on organizational performance, and earlier work on transformational leadership and employee performance through job satisfaction.
He also coordinates community service programs like developing cooperative units (KUDs) in Demak and competency training for domestic violence victim services in Sidoarjo
